Production Employee

At Elis in Klarenbeek, we are looking for enthusiastic Production Employees to join our day shift team. Thanks to a 4-day workweek of 9 hours per day, you will enjoy an extra day off every week to spend with your family, hobbies, or other plans.

Together with your colleagues, you will ensure that our customers' workwear is processed cleanly, neatly, and on time. You will work in a friendly team environment where collaboration and a hands-on mentality are key.

De functie

You will be involved in activities such as:

• Processing clean workwear
• Folding and inspecting garments
• Sorting clothing for customers
• Keeping your workstation clean and organized
• Working closely with colleagues to complete work on time

Jouw profiel

• No experience is required. You will receive thorough onboarding and learn the job step by step.
• Speak Dutch or English
• Are available full-time and willing to work a 4-day, 36-hour workweek (4 x 9 hours)
• Have your own transportation to travel to our location in Klarenbeek

Wat bieden wij?

• A salary of €15.57 gross per hour, plus attractive evening shift allowances Between 7:00 PM and 8:00 PM: 22.5% allowance, increasing your hourly wage to €19.07 gross
  After 8:00 PM: 45% allowance, increasing your hourly wage to €22.58 gross
• 8.33% holiday allowance and a 5.33% year-end bonus, together amounting to approximately €3,990 gross extra per year based on a full-time 36-hour contract
• An immediate contract with Elis and the prospect of a permanent position
• Travel allowance of €0.15 per kilometre, in accordance with the Textile Care Collective Labour Agreement, for commuting distances from 5 km up to 40 km one way (maximum reimbursement of €12.00 per working day)
• 25 vacation days based on a 40-hour workweek
• A solid pension scheme through MITT, with Elis paying approximately two-thirds of the premium, allowing you to keep more net income

Working Hours

In this full-time position, you will work 36 hours per week, spread over 4 working days of 9 hours each. Your shift starts at 7:00 AM.

This means you will be part of a fixed team and enjoy an extra day off every week. Production at Elis Klarenbeek operates from Monday to Friday. Around public holidays, it may occasionally be necessary to work on a Saturday according to a predetermined schedule.
